The People-Capability Maturity Model is a model with emphasis on the maturity of people processes like carrier development, competences and competence planning, people management etceteras. Many mature organizations are using this model to enhance their performance by exploiting people abilities and potentials. The Dutch SPIDER P-CMM workgroup comprises members with management, process improvement as well HRM background.
